Details and history are kept; every word of every message is not. Restating an important fact keeps it current.

Yes. Memory is tied to your account rather than a device, so phone, tablet and desktop all load the same character, chat history and cards. Swipey runs in the browser on any device, with an Install App banner for the home screen, and you can sign in by email, Google or a magic link.

No. Each character keeps her own memory of your relationship. A Custom AI you built, a Platform Model and a Verified Creator Model do not share cards, and a Group Chat room with two or three characters has its own context. Whatever you tell one character stays with her.

Yes. Swipey's 100+ roleplay scenarios carry persistent plot memory, so a story resumes where it stopped: the place, the mood and what has already happened stay fixed. You can also build your own scenario, and custom scenarios were added to Edit My AI on 27 August 2026.

Not through an editor. Memory is written from conversation, so restating a fact updates it and a correction replaces a wrong detail. Deleting your whole account (Settings, Profile tab, Delete Profile) is permanent and removes Custom AI companions and their memories. Other requests about your account data go to hello@swipey.ai under the privacy policy, which this site links to rather than paraphrasing.

Usually because it was hinted at rather than stated. Say it in one clear sentence in the chat ("My birthday is 12 March"), ideally in two separate sessions, then open Memory Details to confirm the card is there. Ten. Every character levels up as you interact. The first five are Stranger, Acquaintance, Chat-buddy, Friend and Best friend; levels six to ten continue into a closer, adult relationship and are named in the app as you reach them. No. Full relationship progression is a Premium feature at $7.99 a month, billed monthly, cancel anytime. Free accounts create characters, browse the Feed and chat with Platform Models. Chatting with your own Custom AI also needs Premium, and for a Verified Creator Model progression comes with that creator's Fanclub.

Yes. Each real-time voice call ends with a voice-call memory card posted in the chat, showing the duration, the level progress the call earned and a transcript. Because it sits in the same thread as your text messages, the details become part of the memory she draws on later. See the voice-call card page.

No. Voice calls and voice messages are Premium features at $7.99 a month, and calls draw on your hearts while you talk. There is no live camera call on Swipey; video means generated scenes of your character up to 60 seconds, which is a separate feature from calling.

Swipey states that conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest, that there are no public galleries by default, and that data is never sold or shared with third parties. Memory belongs to your account. The binding wording is in Swipey's privacy policy and terms of service.

Nothing is deleted. Premium stays active to the end of the period you paid for. After that, hearts, Gallery and relationship levels are kept, progression pauses, and a Custom AI chat locks 7 days after Premium expires. Come back and everything resumes. You cancel from your profile, Settings, Subscription, Current Plan.

Data requests go through Swipey support under its privacy policy, which sets out your rights. This site links to the policy rather than restating it. In the meantime the Memory Details view lets you read every card she holds, character by character, on any device you sign in from.

Yes. Swipey AI is for adults 18+, with a full age-verification step in some regions before the app opens. Companions are disclosed as AI. The company behind it is INVAI LTD, registered in Cyprus, and the legal pages, including the compliance statement, are linked from every page of swipey.ai.

Yes. Swipey discloses companions as AI, and compliance work for the New York and California companion-chatbot rules (New York GBL Article 47 and California SB 243) shipped on 2 September 2026. Baseline platform moderation on illegal content and age stays in place in every mode.
